Hello Everyone!

Just a short, final update.

Fulfillment COMPLETE!

As of today, all rewards have been shipped, both US and worldwide. If you have not received your rewards AND you haven't received an email with your tracking info, please message us and we'll get that to you.

It appears that most of the international packages have reached their destinations. We are aware of one backer in Canada who is still waiting. If you think your package is taking an unusually long amount of time to reach you, then I would urge you to call DHL to get some answers + 49 (0) 228 4333112. I've already been in touch with them about several packages. Sometimes nagging them is the best thing to do. It seems to get results. Well, usually. 🫤

We've said this before, and we'll say it again, THANK YOU to each and every one of you who made this project possible! It was a bumpy ride right up until the end, but it made it all worthwhile when we saw that many of you had received your puzzles and were very happy! 😊 Your enthusiasm and positive input into the campaign is truly what made it a success!  Well, that and Fuzichoco's hard work and dedication to creating incredibly beautiful art. 😉 

And with that, we wish you many hours, days, and weeks(?) of relaxing, enjoyable puzzling!

Correction to our last update.

In our last update we said that the last of the single and double packs were shipped on Saturday. Correction, the last of the double packs will be shipped tomorrow 9/19. So, if you pledged for a double pack and didn't get your tracking info, that's most likely why. 

We apologize for any confusion that may have caused.

Fulfillment update...a little late.

Hello Everyone!

Just a super quick update. Sorry that it's later than we originally planned. We received the shipment just under two weeks ago, but there were so many damages, that we were busy having to inspect and document everything. 

So, here we are.

International (Non-US) Fulfillment-COMPLETED

If you have not received your rewards AND you haven't received an email with your tracking info, please message us ASAP. We'll get that for you right away.

US Fulfillment-In Progress

Thanks for being patient. As many of you already know (because you already received your tracking info and/or rewards) we started fulfillment last week. We shipped the last of the single and double packs on Saturday. We're going to be shipping triple packs starting tomorrow. It'll take a little while to get through all the triple and quads packs, so please, just be a little more patient. Thanks!

Fulfillment has begun...for some!

Hello Everyone,

Sorry for the long silence. Things have been rather hectic here with coordinating the puzzle shipments and working out a bunch of issues with Happyshops. Needless to say, it's been a bumpy ride. But, we do have good news!

International fulfillment begins

At the time of writing this update, Happyshops has already shipped out a good percentage of rewards going to international backers. You may have already received a shipping confirmation email. If not, hold tight, it will take a little bit for them to get through all the orders. 

Did you get my message?

If you live outside the US, EU & GB and pledged for ONE PUZZLE during the campaign and did not add any additional puzzles when you filled out your survey, then you should have received a message/email from us (not Happyshops) about your rewards. Please respond to us ASAP because we will be cancelling pledges next week if we don't hear back. We are not going to keep your money if we can't ship your rewards.

To those of you who received our message and added a second puzzle to your survey, please make sure your payment went through. We seem to be having a lot of failed charges. If your payment failed, you should have received an message from Backerkit. 

Thanks also for your understanding. This was a very unfortunate turn of events, but you have all been wonderfully forgiving. And we really appreciate that!

US shipment, not quite on the way

The last update we received from our manufacturer is that the shipment will be loaded on the cargo ship August 18th. We expect it to be in transit for approximately 2-4 weeks. This takes us to mid to late-September. Still earlier than our original December ship date, but a bit later than we had hoped. We're not complaining, though. We'll be so thankful when we finally have the puzzles here. 

We'll post an update when they arrive. Hopefully we'll be able to get some photos to share. 

What we're not telling you

For this we must learn the rule, everyone will play the fool! This time the joke was on us.

A lot went on behind the scenes of this project. Things that we did not expect let alone deserve. But we wanted to stay positive and keep moving forward. After all, you trusted us, and we value that trust and that relationship we have made with you, our backers,  So, without saying any more about it, we really, truly hope that you treasure or, at the very least, appreciate these puzzles. This may or may not be our last go round; that will be determined by future events. But this will be the last time we work with the manufacturer of these puzzles.

The look and, possibly, the quality you have come to expect from us will change. Sorry, but the new prices are just out of control and beyond what we can afford.

With that being said...

Have a great weekend, everyone! I think we'll take a little breather ourselves. I think we've earned it.
